Good morning, Father.<\/p>\n

During 2016 help me to be faithful in my prayer walk. It is most important that we who serve preschoolers remember to pray for the next generation.<\/p>\n

Lord, sadly we live in a world where it is all about ME. What’s in it for ME, what about ME, why ME, etc. I pray today for myself, parents, and other leaders You have placed over today’s children. Help us teach the children about submission to those in authority. You knew we needed boundaries. That’s why You gave us the Ten Commandments. Give the children grace to obey and honor those in authority, so that they may enjoy long lives. Thank You for loving us and teaching us about authority. After all, You are the Great I Am.<\/p>\n

“Obey your leaders and submit to them, for they keep watch over your souls as those who will give an account, . . . .” (Hebrews 13:17, HCSB)<\/p>\n
