Good morning, Father.
During 2017 help me to be faithful in my prayer walk. It is most important that we who serve preschoolers remember to pray for the next generation. Teach me how to pray blessings for these children and their families.
Father, as You know, we as people do not always get along. It is true for adults but more often is noticed in preschoolers. They have just not learned the social skills necessary to handle life, to think through situations, or to move from “me” and “mine” to looking after the welfare of another. So I am asking that You help them to learn compassion–a heart that mirrors Yours in the daily living of life, even at an early age.
“Therefore, God’s chosen ones, holy and loved, put on heartfelt compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience.” (Colossians 3:12, HCSB)
In the powerful name of Jesus, the exact representation of His being,
