Good morning,  Father

Children are a gift–an amazing blessing from You. As a BBC teacher, mentor, parent, grandparent, aunt, or uncle, you have the power to make a difference in their precious lives through prayer.

Father, preschoolers need protection. Your Word promises that You will:

  • guard their way.
  • keep their steps secure.
  • cover them from behind.
  • prosper them from evil.

I claim these promises for them. Be their constant Shield and Defender. Hide them in Your powerful presence. (Psalm 91:1-4,11; Psalm 121:3-8)

Good morning, Father.

Children are a gift–an amazing blessing from You. As a BBC teacher, mentor, parent, grandparent, aunt, or uncle, you have the power to make a difference in their precious lives through prayer.

Today, I pray that the preschoolers I encounter would grow in the fruits of the Spirit. My heart’s desire is that godly character qualities would be evident in their lives. Even at an early age, I pray for love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. (Galatians 5:22-23)

Good morning, Father.

Children are a gift–an amazing blessing from You. As a BBC teacher, mentor, parent, grandparent, aunt, or uncle, you have the power to make a difference in their precious lives through prayer.

As we begin a new year, it is my heart’s desire that the preschoolers I encounter have Your blessings and favor would surround their lives. Bless each of them with good health, developmental success, and lasting friendships. I ask for Your favor in enlarging their capacity to learn about You through Your Word, prayers, songs, and curriculum set forth by the BBC Preschool Ministry. May Your face shine on them, Lord, be gracious to them, and give them great peace.

“Let the favor of the Lord our God be on us; establish for us the work of our hands–establish the work of our hands!” (Psalm 90:17, CSB)

Good morning, Father.

Children are a gift–an amazing blessing from you. As a BBC teacher, mentor, parent, grandparent, aunt, or uncle, I have the power to make a difference in their precious lives through prayer.

Sometimes my preschoolers do not want to read the Bible. Help! They would rather be on electronic devices, build with blocks, pretend in the homeliving area with dressup clothes, or choose to be poor listeners during group time. I pray that they would develop a love and desire for Your Word, an unquenchable thirst for Truth, and hearts that are tender towards You. I ask, Father, that You give them spiritual insight, wisdom, and deep understanding for Your commandments, even far beyond their years.

“I have treasured your word in my heart so that I may not sin against you.” (Psalm 119:11, CSB)

Prayer for you, what did you find on your journey to Bethlehem?
Praise God, a humble birth in Bethlehem changed everything.

Father, children are a gift–an amazing blessing from You. As a teacher, mentor, parent, grandparent, aunt, or uncle, I have the power to make a difference in their precious lives through prayer. Thank you.

Lord, as I begin 2018, help me to know that Your intentions toward me and the preschoolers I encounter at BBC are for a life lived abundantly. Your plans for the kingdom are victorious! Help me to reflect Your love, joy, peace, hope, selflessness, generosity, and truth so that seeds of salvation will be planted, watered, and harvested at an early age. That is what I desire in 2018.

“Jesus told him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.’ ” (John 14:6,CSB)
