Leaders help others lead. Jesus developed followers who could carry on the mission after he ascended; he developed people who could lead others. Or, we could just say: Jesus made disciples who made disciples. A first step on that journey could be allowing others in your group to take responsibility for a key task: organizing fellowship, coordinating food, coordinating a missions project, etc. Don’t forget to Share the Load.
